attended Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta, Ga. The school challenged her in
countless ways, setting the standards very high. Her experience at SCAD made her a more
strong-minded and driven individual.

Event and placed as one of the top five contestants. Christian has participated in various
shows and events such as Atlanta International Fashion Week, New York Fashion Week, and

experience. In April of 2011, she was honored to be the recipient of " The Night of
Spectacles" Fashion Eyewear Event. The event raised money to help benefit Georgia
Lions Lighthouse Foundation’s vision services for Georgia’s uninsured. Christian received
the NBAF (National Black Arts Scholarship) and had the opportunity to display her winning
design in the " display window" of Neiman Marcus, located at Lenox Mall in Atlanta, Ga.
Even better amazement was meeting and conversing with the world-renowned designer,
Zac Posen.
The designer also had the opportunity to work alongside designer, Stephen Burrows in the
creation of her SCAD senior collection. Christian states that Burrows is an amazingly
talented and humble individual. He inspired Christian to create a beautiful purple pleated
evening gown, which was chosen as one of the pieces to take part in the Finale Section of
the SCAD 2012 Fashion Show. This gown that was featured in the fashion show caught the
attention of Andre Leon Talley. Of course, which lead to a meet and greet for the illustrious
